At SnapChef, we want you to love your AI-powered air fryer. If you’re not fully satisfied, our return policy ensures a smooth and fair process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products or products showing signs of wear.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or accidents.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email snapchefapp.ai@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Approval: We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship It Back: Send the product to the return address provided, using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Inspection & Refund: After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please email snapchefapp.ai@gmail.com for assistance.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we cover the shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

6. Refund Delays
